Need to return an item?

If your item was purchased online

Please return your unwanted items within 14 days in an unused condition with the original tags and labels still attached.

Kindly note we will accept shirts & blouses that have been packed back in the original way in which they were received.

Please print and complete the form below and return it with your items in-store or by post using the pre-printed label attached.

Kindly note we will not be able to process any refunds or exchanges in-store during our peak season (Aug-Sept)

Postal charges are at the cost of the customer and we recommend you use Royal Mail Registered Post.

We will refund your original payment method within 10 days of receipt of your item

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

If your item was purchased in-store 

Please return your unwanted items within 28 days of purchase together with your till receipt for an exchange or in-store vouchers.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for in-store purchases.
